anyone love this movie as much as I do? I know it's an old one but it's so good!!! I love the whole thing but my favourite parts are when Rita and Tonya are in the chapple singing "His eye is on the sparrow" that part still makes me cry after all the times I've seen it. and then the part where Sister Marry Clarance is practicing with Amahl and they're practicing "oh happy day" and Sister says "that ain't gonna scare nobody!" haha I love how she says that. and of course the end after they finish performing in the competition and Rita sees her mom and she's all "don't be mad at me, I'll never do it again" and her mom goes "you were incredible." ahh makes me cry too. but yeah, this movie is awesome. it's funny and inspirational and has amazing music, it's awesome!!
Oh yeah, that is a great movy. I also like the scene when Deloris (woopy Goldberg) comes into this class the first time and it's a complete kaos, and slowly it got better. I found this movie quite moving sometimes.

omg. watch it. it's soooo good!!!!!! I love that sceen too. the whole movie is very moving I agree. I watch it way too much lol.
I'm not into gospel but this movie is really, really great.
